  1. Simons Foundation Neuroscience Collaborations Vision Statements Call: Researchers with an idea for an innovative collaboration (on the scale of Simons Collaboration on the Global Brain, and Simons Collaboration on Plasticity and the Aging Brain) should submit a vision statement. Submissions should outline the big idea and related hypotheses the proposed collaboration will address, including high-level overviews of the methods and approaches that will be used. March 8.
  2. HEAL Initiative RM1: Integrated Basic and Clinical Team-based Research in Pain: Integrated efforts of 3-6 PDs/PIs to pursue research to understand the biology of specific human pain conditions as well as pain associated with various diseases/disorders, including mechanistic underpinning of heterogeneity and stratification of patients with specific pain conditions and co-morbidities. June 14, October 13, February 12, 2024
