Congratulations, Dr. Lorenzo Posani!


Dr. Lorenzo Posani (Fusi Lab) is our latest NIH/NIMH K99/R00 award recipient. He will receive funding for the final two years of his postdoc and three years of an independent faculty position to "Investigate the neural mechanisms of social memory in the hippocampal-cortical network."

Dr. Steve Siegelbaum received an NIH/NIMH renewal R01 grant to study "Control of CA2 by its cortico-hippocampal inputs and local inhibition in social information processing and learning."

Congratulations, Drs. Kaushik Lakshminarasimhan and Alana Mendelsohn!


Dr. Kaushik Lakshminarasimhan (Abbott and Horga labs) and Dr. Alana Mendelsohn (Costa/Peterka lab) each won the Brain Behavior Research Foundation's Young Investigator Award for their neuroscience and psychiatry-focused projects.
